Physical products — contact us within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Digital products — due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. We encourage you to review the previews before purchase.

Custom or personalised orders — items made to your specifications cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Faulty items — if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement regardless of timeframe. Please contact us with a photo of the issue.

To request a refund, contact us at customersupport@kairoico.com. We acknowledge all requests within 3 business days and process refunds within 14 days.
